Led by Sarah Petrich, a physical therapist certified in Postural Restoration and Pilates, classes will focus on spine and core stability. You will balance the asymmetrical & faulty patterns of movement that lead to torque and strain finally allowing your joints to glide; your spine to elongate; and your shoulders, neck and low back muscles relax.

Which class is right for me?

  • Mat: $20/class, 8 participant limit

Exercises & simple props will be used that can be easily replicated at home.

  • Reformer: $40/class, 3 participants limit

Limit strain, improve core muscle activation while finding greater length and joint gliding mobility through springs and pulleyes.

  • Private Lessons: $240/3 sessions ($90 savings)

Privates are encouraged for beginners or those with dealing with a new injury or pain. This offer is for new customers and only one time.
